Regional Business HQ offers conference, meeting and training rooms across three sites located in Bundaberg and Gympie.  Our versatile spaces cater for meetings and events of many sizes and formats.  Each of our rooms are professionally appointed, air-conditioned and most provide disability access.

Neville Room

BOARDROOM (29 PAX)
THEATRE STYLE (60 PAX)

* Day Rate $235 Inc  GST

This large fully appointed room sits 60 people theatre style or 29 in ‘U’ shape classroom style and includes a comfy lounge area.

The Neville Room includes at no extra cost a sound system including cordless and lapel microphones, hearing loop, lectern, DVD player, projector and projector screen, Wi-Fi, whiteboard, flip-chart holder, tea and coffee facilities and cooled, filtered water with cups.

Standard room configuration is ‘U’ Shape and additional fees may apply for room changes.

Optional Extras (fees apply):

Flip chart paper, whiteboard markers, videoconferencing unit and catering (hot or cold).

Webb Room

BOARDROOM (12 PAX)
THEATRE STYLE (25 PAX)

* Day Rate $150 Inc  GST
* Hourly Rate $55 Inc GST

This meeting is ideal for small groups or board meetings and can comfortably seat 12 people at desks or 25 people theatre style.

The WebbRoom includes at no extra cost a projector and projector screen, Internet/ADSL Wi-Fi, whiteboard, tea and coffee facilities and cooled, filtered water with cups.

Standard room configuration is ‘U’ Shape and additional fees may apply for room changes.

sTEWART Room

This perfectly sized room sits 25 people theatre style or 12 in a ‘U’ shape or classroom style with room for tea and coffee facilities.

The Stewart Room includes at no extra cost a projector and projector screen, Internet/ADSL Wi-Fi, whiteboard, flip-chart holder, tea and coffee facilities and cooled, filtered water with cups.

Standard room configuration is ‘U’ Shape and additional fees may apply for room changes.

Consulting Suite

MEETING ROOM (2 PAX)

* Hourly Rate $30 Inc GST

The Consulting Suite is a small room able to hold a maximum of 2 people. This room is again ideal for meetings with clients.
*also includes access/use of an A4 (black & white) laser printer.

The Consulting Room includes at no extra cost, Internet/ADSL Wi-Fi, whiteboard, tea and coffee facilities and cooled, filtered water with cups.

Matt Room

This meeting or interview room sits 6 people comfortably and is used by many businesses from out of town to meet their clients.

The Matt Room includes at no extra cost, Internet/ADSL Wi-Fi, whiteboard, tea and coffee facilities and cooled, filtered water with cups.

Generator Bundaberg Meeting Rooms

Our Generator Bundaberg spaces are centrally located within the iconic Bundaberg Clocktower above the Post Office at Level 1/155A Bourbong St.

Our Gympie spaces are located in the heart of the Gympie CBD at 232 Mary St.

The Vault

MEETING ROOM (3 PAX)

* Day Rate $80 Inc  GST (week days)

* Hourly rate $30 Inc GST (weekdays)

Cosy meeting space for client consults (up to 3 pax)

Can also be used as a dedicated VIP office space.

* The Vault is currently booked out and is unavailable for hire at the moment.

The Library

MEETING ROOM (3 PAX)

* Hourly rate $30 Inc GST (weekdays)

Small and quiet consulting suite (up to 3 pax), perfect for client consults.

The Training Room

MEETING ROOM (12 PAX)

* Day Rate $110 Inc  GST (week days)

* Hourly rate $45 Inc GST (weekdays)

Dedicated meeting space (up to 12 pax)

The Training Room is a quiet space dedicated to larger meetings, workshops and training activities.

* The Training Room is currently booked out and is unavailable for hire at the moment.

The Boardroom

* Hourly rate $35 Inc GST (week days)

Meeting space (up to 8 pax)

Dedicated meeting space. Can be used for small workshops/training of up to 8 including presenter.
