Regional Business HQ offers conference, meeting and training rooms across three sites located in Bundaberg and Gympie. Our versatile spaces cater for meetings and events of many sizes and formats. Each of our rooms are professionally appointed, air-conditioned and most provide disability access.

Neville Room
This large fully appointed room sits 60 people theatre style or 29 in ‘U’ shape classroom style and includes a comfy lounge area.
The Neville Room includes at no extra cost a sound system including cordless and lapel microphones, hearing loop, lectern, DVD player, projector and projector screen, Wi-Fi, whiteboard, flip-chart holder, tea and coffee facilities and cooled, filtered water with cups.
Standard room configuration is ‘U’ Shape and additional fees may apply for room changes.
Optional Extras (fees apply):
Flip chart paper, whiteboard markers, videoconferencing unit and catering (hot or cold).
Costs:
$235 inc GST per day or
$65 inc GST per hour

Webb Room
This meeting is ideal for small groups or board meetings and can comfortably seat 12 people at desks or 25 people theatre style.
The WebbRoom includes at no extra cost a projector and projector screen, Internet/ADSL Wi-Fi, whiteboard, tea and coffee facilities and cooled, filtered water with cups.
Standard room configuration is ‘U’ Shape and additional fees may apply for room changes.
Optional Extras (fees apply):
Flip chart paper, whiteboard markers, videoconferencing unit and catering (hot or cold).
Costs:
$150 inc GST per day or
$55 inc GST per hour

Stewart Room
This perfectly sized room sits 25 people theatre style or 12 in a ‘U’ shape or classroom style with room for tea and coffee facilities.
The Stewart Room includes at no extra cost a projector and projector screen, Internet/ADSL Wi-Fi, whiteboard, flip-chart holder, tea and coffee facilities and cooled, filtered water with cups.
Standard room configuration is ‘U’ Shape and additional fees may apply for room changes.
Optional Extras (fees apply):
Flip chart paper, whiteboard markers, videoconferencing unit and catering (hot or cold).
Costs:
$150 per day inc GST or
$55 inc GST per hour

Consulting Suite
The Consulting Suite is a small room able to hold a maximum of 2 people. This room is again ideal for meetings with clients.
*also includes access/use of an A4 (black & white) laser printer.
The Consulting Room includes at no extra cost, Internet/ADSL Wi-Fi, whiteboard, tea and coffee facilities and cooled, filtered water with cups.

Matt Room
This meeting or interview room sits 6 people comfortably and is used by many businesses from out of town to meet their clients.
The Matt Room includes at no extra cost, Internet/ADSL Wi-Fi, whiteboard, tea and coffee facilities and cooled, filtered water with cups.
