DigiGrow isn’t just a one-off event; it’s a series of roadshows, complemented by online workshops to ensure continuous learning and growth. This program runs until June 2025, providing a path to digital mastery.

For accommodation providers, DigiGrow addresses a critical ‘why’ – the potential business you’re missing out on. In the digital age, visibility and online presence are key. DigiGrow will show you how to capture the attention of a broader audience and convert them into visitors and guests.
Your First Step: The Introductory Session
Attending the first session is pivotal. It’s where you’ll grasp the full potential of what DigiGrow can offer. You’ll learn about the latest digital trends that are relevant to your business and how to apply them effectively to achieve your goals.
At the information session, you will also learn more about Digital Solutions, the program that forms the basis of DigiGrow. It consists of two streams; a one-to-one mentoring service where you can get help and advice specific to your business, and a workshop program where you can learn about key topics.
1:1 Mentoring Program
Receive up to 4 hours of individual mentoring through the Digital Solutions program. After signing up, you will have an initial appointment with a Digital Advisor who will ascertain your most pressing needs and create your Digital Action Plan. The remaining time will be spent with specialist Digital Experts advising you in the key areas you most need help with.
Through DigiGrow, the Department of State Development & Infrastructure is sponsoring up to 100 businesses to go through the Digital Solutions mentoring program.

1. Speak to the DigiGrow Coordinator when you attend a local information session, OR
2. Email info@businesshq.org.au to confirm your business location and obtain a coupon code to use when registering online through our program partner, Business Foundations.
DigiGrow Workshops
The DigiGrow program also includes a series of workshops in addition to the initial Introductory Sessions. The workshops will cover five key topics:
- Intro to digitising your business
- Using small business software
- Online security and data privacy
- Websites and selling online
- Social media and digital marketing
