Regional Business HQ offers virtual tenancies to businesses looking for a regional presence, but not necessarily a dedicated office space. Whether you are looking for a physical address to accept deliveries or our friendly reception staff available to take walk-in enquiries on your behalf or a local address that supports your needs when you hire our meeting rooms, our virtual tenancies provide a regional home for your business.


Virtual tenancies are available at the following locations (please note both locations are available – select both when purchasing):

  • The Generator Gympie, 232 Mary Street, Gympie, Qld 4570


Our virtual tenancies include:

  • ability to have deliveries made to reception and use our PO Box for any local mail – Regional Business HQ will accept packages and mail less than 20kg in weight.
  • promotion of information packs at reception, as well as business cards, and take any messages or enquiries on your behalf for people who walk in asking for your business. 
  • discounted access to meeting rooms and printing facilities for when you need to be in the region.
  • secretarial services from Regional Business HQ, where we can scan in any letters we receive on your behalf.

Virtual Tenancy Terms and Conditions
  1. Regional Business HQ agrees for the Virtual Tenant to promote publicly that it holds an address at the locations applied for as below:
    – Regional Business HQ, 20B Quay Street, Bundaberg, Qld 4670; Postal address: PO Box 1662, Bundaberg Qld 4670;
    – The Generator Gympie, 232 Mary Street, Gympie, Qld 4570.
  2. The Virtual Tenant shall provide contact details to Regional Business HQ (RBHQ) allowing RBHQ to redirect clients who may require assistance.
  3. All mail addressed to the Virtual Tenant received by RBHQ shall be redirected to the Virtual Tenant and any postage charges incurred will be charged to the Virtual Tenant at normal postal rates.
  4. RBHQ shall accept packages (not more than 20kg in weight) addressed to the Virtual Tenant and advise the Virtual Tenant of their arrival at RBHQ.
  5. Access to the building is limited to normal business hours, nominally 8:30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday at Bundaberg and 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday at Gympie unless prior arrangement has been made with RBHQ.
  6. Associate Member discounts (if applicable) applies for bookings of Conference or Meeting Rooms which are charged at an additional cost. Room bookings are made subject to availability and can be booked by calling the main number on 1300 249 482.
  7. Advertising of the Virtual Tenant using RBHQ’s Virtual Office address may include the promotion or collection of information packs. RBHQ agrees to hand out the Virtual Tenant’s information packs at the the locations reception. All costs associated with providing information packs to RBHQ are the responsibility of the Virtual Tenant.
  8. The Virtual Tenant agrees with RBHQ not to carry on any business which could be construed as illegal, defamatory, immoral or obscene, and agrees with RBHQ not to use the address of RBHQ whether directly or indirectly for any such purpose or purposes.
  9. If the Virtual Tenant discontinues this agreement, the Virtual Tenant must remove any reference to RBHQ’s addresses, organise for the pick up of any information packs, business cards and associated collateral and may be required to pay an additional application fee if reapplying for a virtual tenancy. However, the Virtual Tenant must have discontinued the previous agreement in ‘good terms’ to be reconsidered for the program.
  10. The application fee for Virtual Tenancy is non-refundable and does not indicate that the application will be accepted.
