Digital Solutions will pause accepting new one to one clients from 1 February 2026 to 30 June 2026. Existing one to one clients can continue to access services until Tuesday 31 March 2026. Services will recommence Wednesday 1 July 2026. Please continue to check this page for updates including possible changes to providers in your area.

In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, it is crucial for businesses of all size to adapt to stay competitive. The Digital Solutions Program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to take advantage of digital tools to enhance your business performance.

What is digital solutions

Digital Solutions is a program subsidised by the Federal Government through the Australian Small Business Advisory Service. Its purpose is to help small businesses adapt and flourish through the adoption of digital business tools that can improve productivity, effectiveness, and aid business growth. Regional Business HQ is proud to be the provider of Digital Solutions in Queensland under Business Foundations.

Is your business eligible for the program?

To be eligible for assistance through the Digital Solutions program, your small business must meet a few basic criteria.

  • You will need an ABN which is active and registered
  • You must have fewer than 20 full-time equivalent employees
  • Your business must be based in Queensland, Western Australia or the Northern Territory
  • Your business cannot be a registered charity or a not-for-profit

What is offered through Digital Solutions?

The Digital Solutions program provides training and mentoring in five key areas that are vital to business.

  • Introduction to digitising your business
  • Using small business software
  • Online security and data privacy
  • Websites and selling online
  • Social media and digital marketing

How to get started

The Digital Solutions program consists of two streams, workshops and a one-to-one mentoring program. Eligible businesses can get assistance through both streams.

1:1 Mentoring Program

Receive up to 4 hours of individual mentoring for just $110 inc. GST. After signing up, you will have an initial appointment with a Digital Advisor who will ascertain your most pressing needs and create your Digital Action Plan. The remaining time will be spent with specialist Digital Experts advising you in the key areas you most need help with. See below to find out more about the Digital Experts available in the program.

Workshops

There are FREE workshops online and at various locations around Queensland on various topics related to digital business tools. Eligible businesses can register for as many of these workshops as they wish.

The Digital Solutions program offers 1:1 mentoring with Digital Advisors with a diverse range of skillsets and backgrounds.

"Brooke

Chief Executive Officer

Brooke commenced with Regional Business HQ in November 2020 and brings more than 20 years’ experience in business planning, marketing and tendering to the organisation.

Brooke brings extensive experience in government and private enterprise, with a strong background in business development, communication, engagement and marketing activities as well as managing tenders and bids. With experience across the infrastructure, construction, energy and government sectors, she provides valuable insight to help our clients succeed by implementing targeted strategies tailored to key stakeholders across a range of industries.

"David

Business Advisor

David commenced with Regional Business HQ in August 2022 as Generator Community Manager and Agtech Coordinator and is now our resident Business Advisor providing a lot of our client services and training.

Prior to joining RBHQ, David operated his own communications, events and training business for approximately 11 years. Through this business , David worked on a number of projects with Regional Business HQ and was previously a tenant in our Quay St premises making him an easy fit with our team.

Throughout his career, David’s business experience has also included a range of other industries including professional services, media, retail, wholesale, agribusiness, hospitality, tourism and banking.

When he is not at RBHQ David likes to spend time with family and stay active through rowing and going to the gym. He also loves playing guitar but claims he wouldn’t go so far as to call it a skill!
