The DigiGrow: Digital Capacity Building for Business program aimed to help businesses in Queensland’s remote north-west to develop digital capacity through a combination of workshops and 1:1 mentoring. DigiGrow helped you get found by customers who are searching online, adopt new technology, develop a real social media strategy or simply make sure you are protecting your data.

Roadshow Program
DigiGrow wasn’t just a one-off event; it was a series of roadshows, complemented by online workshops to ensure continuous learning and growth. This program continued to run through 2025, providing a path to digital mastery
Accommodation Providers
For accommodation providers, DigiGrow addressed a critical ‘why’ – the potential business you’re missing out on. In the digital age, visibility and online presence are key. DigiGrow showed you how to capture the attention of a broader audience and convert them into visitors and guests.

The DigiGrow: Digital Capacity Building for Business program is an initiative of the Queensland Government.
1:1 Mentoring Program
Participants received up to 4 hours of individual mentoring through the Digital Solutions program. After signing up, they received an initial appointment with a Digital Advisor who ascertain ed their most pressing needs and created a Digital Action Plan. The remaining time was spent with specialist Digital Experts advising them in the key areas they most needed help with.
Through DigiGrow, the Department of State Development & Infrastructure sponsored up to 100 businesses to go through the Digital Solutions mentoring program.
DigiGrow Local Events
The DigiGrow program also included a series of free local business events in addition to the one-to-one assistance program.
The third and final series of events visited north west Queensland in September and October 2025. If you missed the events, it is still possible to take advantage of the one-to-one assistance program. Please feel welcome to get in touch.
