To coincide with her visit for Conversations That Matter, there will be a number of opportunities to participate in either half-day or full-day masterclasses with Dr Vicki Webster.
While leadership can be incredibly rewarding, when dealing with a very difficult manager, colleague or staff member it can also be incredibly challenging and stressful, consuming a disproportionate amount of your time and energy. Even the most experienced leaders can be tempted to avoid the conflict involved in dealing with difficult people. These masterclasses share theories, models and tools that give you the potential to transform the outcome of any tough conversation from anger, frustration or hurt feelings into powerful dialogue.
Participants will receive a complimentary copy of Vicki’s Survival Kit for Targets of Toxic Leadership.
